Smoked Papika Chicken


Ingredients

Blender
2 Shallots
1 clove garlic
a little ginger
Marinate the chicken with the blendered ingredients with a little butter


Chicken breast
Paprika Powder
Butter
Olive oil

Method

1. Melt Butter and olive oil in your pan(I use my handy Happycall Pan)

2. Start to pan-fry your chicken.

3. Sprinkle a bit of Paprika powder on it to give a little extra zing.

4. Another great tip – when the chicken’s cooked through, melt some butter with some extra paprika powder in the pan, and then spoon it over the chicken to give it an extra coating of delicious flavour.

5. Remove the chicken from the pan. Do not wash the pan, stir fried some baby carrots, sliced pumpkin, asparagus for the sides. The gravy left on the pan will give the vegetables that extra flavour.
